Terms of use

The service

Morapay provides software and rails to accept payments, send payouts, and move value between supported fiats and crypto. Features, corridors, and limits can change. Quotes expire. We may pause a corridor for risk, liquidity, or partner outages.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and complete KYB/KYC when asked. You are responsible for API keys, dashboard users, and wallets you connect. TEST keys are not for live money. Secret keys must stay on a server you control.

Payments

You authorise us and our partners to collect, convert, and pay out according to the quote and instructions you (or your payer) confirm. Network fees, FX, and partner fees may apply. Minimums (for example a 3 USDC Stellar leg on some bridges) are enforced at quote time. Failed, reversed, or sanctioned payments may be delayed or returned.

Prohibited use

You may not use Morapay for fraud, sanctions evasion, unlicensed money transmission on our behalf, or anything illegal in Ghana or in the payer/payee jurisdiction. We may freeze or close accounts that violate these terms or our partners’ rules.

Liability

The services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for blockchain congestion, partner downtime, or losses from keys you control. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us for the affected transaction in the three months before the claim, except where law forbids a limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes should first go to hi@morapay.io. If we cannot resolve them, courts in Accra have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
